As a client you will enjoy Fast Delivery to most parts of BC. Free Delivery is available for the Vancouver area and Fraser Valley however a minimum order and some conditions may apply, ask us about it.

2. One of our team member will then contact you if delivery fees are applicable and ask for your approval.

3. You can then approve to go ahead with your order or cancel with no obligation or hassles.

Our Return Policy

We will accept in-store credit on most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery (conditions may apply). We'll also pay the return delivery costs if the return is a result of our own error (eg. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise delivery charges will apply on all returns.

If you need to return an item, simply contact our customer service team at 1 604 888 7747 and they will happily guide you through the process.

Due to a small number of our products being classed by transport companies as bulky (eg. Cartons of Toilet Paper) or dangerous (eg. Flammable Chemicals), additional freight charges may apply in some instances but you will always be contacted for approval first before your credit card is charged. For this reason in some areas, small orders of certain items may be uneconomical to deliver.
